Robinson Lalin was dragged over 100 feet to his death on the MBTA Red Line after his arm was caught in a train door and the train departed the station; NTSB found a short circuit in the door control system caused the door interlock/propulsion-interlock safety system to fail, allowing the train to move with the door open.
