What happened

A 39-year-old worker (Eduardo Morales Reyna) died after an industrial welding robot he was adjusting/programming activated and crushed him at chest height at a Katcon auto-parts plant in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico. Video of the incident went viral.
