Public-record compilation
RobotRisk is a public-record compilation, not a safety certification, audit, or engineering opinion. Records may be incomplete, duplicated in source systems, updated after publication, or missing context.
No proof of safety
A company or product with no documented public incidents on RobotRisk should not be treated as safe or risk-free. Scores and summaries are informational and depend on available public records.
Correction process
If you see an error, missing source context, or a record that should be updated, use the correction link on incident pages or contact Critical Systems Analysis so the source record can be reviewed.
Subscriptions
Submitting a subscription form lets Critical Systems Analysis use the information to send requested alerts and keep follow-up records. Alerts use double opt-in where configured and should include unsubscribe options.
Third-party sources
RobotRisk links to regulator records, public incident records, press sources, Cloudflare services, the CSA site, and FSTalent. Those third-party services have their own terms and practices.
