What happened

OSHA cited Material Handling Systems/MHS Technical Services (conveyor systems integrator, same corporate family as MHS Global) for exposing workers to falls of up to 22 feet while hoisting conveyor equipment, and for using a combustible polyethylene tarp as a welding curtain creating a fire hazard, while installing high-speed conveyor systems under a UPS contract at the Addison, IL facility.
