Kalmar Solutions LLC recalled 2022 Kalmar Ottawa T2 terminal tractors after hydraulic cab-tilt cylinders from supplier Precision Hydraulic Cylinders were missing retainers, which could let the cylinder rod separate under hydraulic or manual force, causing the cab to fall forward onto anyone standing in front of the vehicle.
