IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING A DA VINCI-ASSISTED SURGICAL PROCEDURE, THE CUSTOMER HAD AN IMAGE ORIENTATION ISSUE. THE CAMERA HAD ROTATED, THE ENTRY GUIDE MANIPULATOR (EGM) REPOSITIONED VERTICALLY, AND THE ISSUE REOCCURRED. NO FURTHER DETAILS WERE AVAILABLE AND THERE WERE NO ERRORS
