IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING A DA VINCI-ASSISTED ESOPHAGECTOMY SURGICAL PROCEDURE, BLEEDING OCCURRED FROM ONE OF THE TWO BRANCHES OF THE AORTIC ARCH LEADING TO THE ESOPHAGUS. THE ISSUE OCCURRED 15 MINUTES AFTER SEALING AND TRANSECTING THE SIDE BRANCH WITH A SYNCHROSEAL INSTRUMENT.
